Opening Oops on macOS for the first time

  1. Open the downloaded .dmg and drag Oops into Applications.
  2. The beta is not notarized by Apple yet, so macOS says it cannot verify Oops the first time you open it. Click Done, then go to System Settings → Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway at the bottom.
  3. Or run xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/Oops.app in Terminal and open it again.

The macOS beta cannot update itself yet. When a new version is out, Oops will remind you to download it here.

Running Oops on Windows for the first time

  1. The installer is not code-signed yet. If SmartScreen stops it, click More info → Run anyway.
